A Pumpkin Batch subscription is a periodic recurring charge in exchange for a monthly shipment to your “shipping address.” We ship once a month after the 15th day of the month, so subscribers before the monthly cutoff can receive that month’s box. Subscriptions after the cut off will be for the following month’s box. We have two subscription payment options: monthly or quarterly. Each plan renews automatically until you choose to cancel. Every customer is responsible for managing their own subscription and payment methods conveniently through the My Account page.
The difference between monthly and quarterly subscriptions is the billing term and amount. Both entitled the customer to a monthly box delivery. Under our monthly billing plan, your credit card or Pay Pal account is billed monthly before the shipment is sent to you. Quarterly offers you to be charged every third month at a slight savings over the per month box price, but you still receive wonderful pumpkin goodies every single month until you choose to cancel.
If you are not sure a subscription is for you, consider purchasing a previous month’s box. They are usually available up to 60 days following the shipment of the box for the subscribers (availability is based on our supply. Once they sell out, they are gone for good). When you purchase a previous month’s box with the contents revealed, it’s a single order with no automatic renewal or subscription attached.
You can also browse the Pumpkin Shop for limited edition pumpkin items. They may have been featured in a previous month’s box or might have come to us by special supply exclusively for sale in our shop. These also ship with no obligation to renew or subscribe.
You can pay safely and securely using a major credit card or PayPal via our online checkout.
You pay your first month’s subscription at the time you checkout with a monthly or quarterly subscription. Your subscription takes effect immediately and your subscription will conveniently auto-renew shortly after you receive and open your latest shipment (except for PayPal customers. See below for the recurring dates for PayPal customers). Each month there will be a window where we will not accept new subscriptions for that month’s shipment. Usually this will be right around the time we are packing that month’s shipment for delivery to customers.
Single Gift Batches, Annual Gift Batches, limited edition boxes, and pumpkin products from the Pumpkin Shop do not automatically renew. Those are one time purchases with no automatic renewal.
PayPal does not permit us as eCommerce store operators to edit your renewal date for your subscription. That means your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month matching the date you first sign up. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th day of the month, your subscription will always renew on the 10th until you choose to cancel. If you subscribe on the 31st, your subscription will renew on the final day of the month.
Free shipping applies to Pumpkin Shop orders over $50 in value.
Shipping charges vary by location and the weight of the order. Enter a valid shipping address at checkout to see applicable charges. All non subscription orders over $50 enjoy free shipping.
Pumpkin Shop shipping of featured box items or past boxes sold on a limited basis is based on Priority Mail shipping rates for orders under $50. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping codes or Priority Mail Express rates for rush deliveries.
The surprise is part of the excitement of ordering. Our customer promise is that in each monthly subscription box are 4 – 6 pumpkin and pumpkin spice aromas or tastes as well as pumpkin inspired surprises. We aim to make each box an exceptional value to you, meaning you get a box of goodies worth at least the price of monthly subscriptions (usually more). This subscription box is for true pumpkin lovers.
As of today, gift batches ship at the same time as all monthly subscription boxes, after mid-month.
No, gift batches are a single charge. They will not auto-renew. Be sure you are checking out using the “Single Gift Batch” and not a “Monthly Subscription.” Anything called “subscription” in the product name will auto renew.
You must have an account to check out from our store to ensure so that you have a means to control your subscription at any time. This also ensures we can reach you to verify shipping information if necessary. To make managing your account easier, we have enable social sign ins.
Our social sign in function allows you to use your Facebook, Twitter, Google, or Instagram account to log into The Pumpkin Batch. To do so, simply permit our App to access your account profile for the purpose of signing into our store. Just like all other data we collect, we do not sell data, abuse your profiles, or spam our customers. We hold customer service and customer satisfaction among our highest values at The Pumpkin Batch.
Log into your My Account page. Scroll down to see “SUBSCRIPTIONS” section. Click on any current subscription to view it, then click CANCEL next to any subscriptions you wish to cancel. If your current order is PROCESSING you will still receive that shipment, and your cancellation will take place for the next month’s shipment.
